At Blue Image Photos, we know planning an event comes with a million little details. That’s why we put together this FAQ—to give you peace of mind and help you see how simple (and fun!) working with us really is.

  • What kind of booths do you have?

    We’ve got something for everyone: a show-stopping 360 Video Booth, our elegant Glam Booth, a flexible Roaming Booth, plus instant prints and digital-only options. Whether you want red-carpet vibes, social-media buzz, or keepsake prints, we’ve got you covered.



  • How far do you travel?

    If your event is within 30 miles of Buffalo, travel is included. Going further? No problem—we just add a mileage fee beyond that.



  • How much space and setup time do you need?

    Our booths typically need about 8x8 ft (or 8x7 ft) of space. We usually arrive 1–1.5 hours before your event to set up, and if you need us earlier, we can arrange that too (idle hour fees may apply).



  • Do you provide backdrops and props?

    Yes! A sparkly sequin backdrop is included with every booking. Want to take it up a notch? We offer premium tension fabric backdrops ($100), green screen ($200), and flower walls ($250).



  • How long can I book a booth for?

    We require a 2-hour minimum, but you can add more time if the party’s still going—availability permitting.



  • Do guests get prints, digital copies, or both?

    Guests get instant digital access through an online gallery, and the host can upgrade to a custom photo album of all the memories.



  • How do I book?

    A 50% deposit and a signed contract secure your date. Balance is due two weeks before the event. Special arrangements available for schools, corporations, and organizations.



  • What if something goes wrong?

    We guarantee operations for at least 80% of your event, with backup equipment and troubleshooting in place. If time is lost due to delays, we’ll either extend time (if venue allows) or provide a discount toward a future booking.



  • Can you customize the experience?

    Yes! Every booking includes a custom template to match your theme or colors. Businesses can also add logos and branding.



  • Are your booths accessible?

    Yes. The only booth requiring a small step is the 360 Video Booth, and our staff will assist as needed.



  • Do you carry insurance?

    Yes, and a COI can be provided if required by your venue.



  • How far in advance should I book?

    Book as early as possible, ideally two weeks or more. Last-minute bookings under a week may include a rush fee.



  • Do you offer add-ons?

    Yes! Options include premium backdrops, flower walls, green screen, custom albums, extra prints, sharing stations, idle hours, video and audio guestbooks.



  • What do your attendants do?

    Our attendants are memory makers—they help guests with the booth, posing, group shots, and keep the experience smooth and fun.



  • What types of events do you service?

    We cover weddings, birthdays, holidays, school events, and corporate functions.



  • Do you charge different rates for weekdays vs. weekends?

    No—pricing is consistent.
